Background |
Under the direct supervision of the ICT Associate, day-to-day maintains ICT infrastructure and intranets (SharePoint) and facilitates discussions among users to improve internal communication within UNDP, assist in daily support and Intranet project. |
Duties and Responsibilities |
· Design, develop and maintain key components of Intranet using Microsoft SharePoint · Work on SharePoint using CSOM, JavaScript, SharePoint Object Model and SP Web Services · Building credible relationships with internal colleagues, understand workflows of each team, including project leadership, practices, functional and technical resources · Implementation of SharePoint-based solutions · Implementation of SharePoint-based workflows · Perform any other duties assigned by the supervisors |
Competencies |
· Strong knowledge and experience of SharePoint and workflow developments · Knowledge of SharePoint website / portal development, Enterprise Content Management solutions, Management Solutions, Document Management solutions and custom solutions · Understanding and writing of SharePoint Web services and .Net Web services · Branding and designing of SharePoint site in SharePoint Designer · Good communications and writing skills in both English and Chinese languages · Substantive knowledge and experience with Microsoft Share point · Administration experience of Microsoft Windows Server · Knowledge of network structure and windows domain |
Required Skills and Experience |
Enrolled in a Bachelor or Master level degree, major in Computer Science, Information Technology or related areas. |
